Our relationship with Ray Audio Video began more than a year ago when we were looking to purchase a wall-mount flat screen television and surround sound speakers for our new home.
With no knowledge about how compare the state-of-the-art electronic equipment, we were in need of a company who could give us expert advice and offer continued support service in the long-term. It is likely that we are similar to many people who are ready for an updated system, but worry about purchasing something that is too technologically advanced and too expensive.
During the on-site assessment, you and the technicians immediately understood our needs and budget and recommended equipment that fit our space perfectly. When we have had questions about either operating the equipment, or making minor adjustments, you have always responded immediately and directed us to the appropriate source for assistance.

On August 13th, 2011, I purchased a Denon Receiver from Best Buy in Saratoga. I got home and hooked it up, had problems with it and in turn called Best Buy for help. They connected me to the "Geek Squad" who in turn getting the problem solved before the 30 day limit on purchases. I weighed the issue and decided to call Ray Supply in Queensbury. Even though I did not purchase the Denon receiver from their store they agreed to come over and assess the problem. The problem was the receiver was bad and needed to be replaced for a new one.
Then I called best Buy for a replacement or even a return. They were very adamant about it being 30 days past the purchase date (it was only five days over) and could do nothing for me. "Sorry" they said and hung up. What to do? My hands were tied knowing I had paid a good price for this.
I then called Ray Audio Video back and told them what had happened with Best Buy. Being the good people that they are, they said they would be happy to help me out. And that they did! Thanks to Justin, Dan and Max. They worked with me and did all they could to make a situation a happy one.
I am a very happy customer thanks to Ray Audio Video and their staff. I will no longer be doing business with Best Buy and BEWARE everyone out there, Best Buy Doesn't Care!! Ray Audio Video Does!!
